I'm interested in Computational Engineering and Data Science IDDD. Can you share details and placement opportunities?

IDDD stands for Inter-Disciplinary Dual Degree. The IDDD Computational Engineering and Data Science are 2 of the many IDDDs offered by the institute. A student is given the option to convert to any of the IDDDs in their 5th semester, provided their CGPA is above 8.0 and the seats are allotted based on CGPA. An IDDD student will receive their B.Tech in their parent department (in this case, OE & NA) and their M.Tech in their IDDD department. The computational engineering program has been designed to provide the student a good overview of computational aspects in engineering including parallel computing, etc.
OE & NA students have had good placements in the recent times, with a majority of them getting placed in software and data science roles.
