Hi Srinitha, at IIT Madras, students have several options to pursue interests in both science and design. The Dual Degree program in Engineering Design offers a unique blend of engineering and design, providing a strong foundation in both areas. This program covers various aspects of design, including product design, system design, and human-centered design, while also incorporating core engineering principles.IIT Madras also has various minors and elective courses that allow students to explore design. Courses in product design, user experience design, and innovation are available, enabling students to complement their primary field of study with design knowledge.Furthermore, the Centre for Innovation (CFI) at IIT Madras provides a collaborative space for students to work on projects that combine science and design.
